Healthy Skin starts with Hydrated Skin
Since healthy skin always starts hydrated skin I wanted to write my first blog about the importance of hydrating your skin inside and out. There are many ways to keep your skin hydrated but here are a few. Drink plenty of water because beauty starts within and consume foods that are high in water. Always use cool water to wash your face and use moisturizer. Choose the correct products for your skin type and ue the right skincare routine for the season. Exfoliating regularly is also great for hydration.
